Plan A Visit

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at FBC Gladewater a great one! You can call our church office at (903) 845-2171 to have a volunteer meet you at our entrance and bring you and your kids to the perfect small group class.

What can I expect from small groups?
Small group is a time to gather with others in your same stage of life and build faith-based relationships. We have a multitude of groups serving life stages such as: young couples, raising children, median adults, older active adults, and seniors. We also have small group classes for your children. If your children are Birth through Kindergarten, their small group rooms are located in our Kingdom Kids Preschool Suite. Children in 1st-6th grade have classrooms located downstairs in our children’s hall and 7th-12th grade students gather upstairs.

What can I expect from worship?
In total, an FBC Gladewater Worship service is about 60 minutes in length. We greet one another, sing 4-5 songs, and then our pastor, Bailey Harris, shares a message.

What should I wear?
Sundays at FBC Gladewater are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

What about my kids during worship?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week and at FBC Gladewater, we make this a priority. Children Birth through Pre-K enjoy extended session in our Kingdom Kids Preschool Suite. Children Kindergarten through 3rd grade join their parents for the music portion of our service, and are then dismissed to Children’s Church for the remainder of the service. This is a time where our children have a snack and a lesson just for them! Look for the dismissal slide during worship and our adult leaders that will greet your children at the front of our sanctuary.

Where do I park?
We have two large parking lots on our campus.
If you plan on coming to small groups with small children it would be best for you to park in our back parking lot for easier access to our nursery and children’s small group classes.
If you are joining us for worship only, it would be best for you to park in our front parking lot that has easy access to our sanctuary.
